Pros

Work 4 days a week and off on weekends They sell you damaged bags of very high end dog food for $20 when normally that bag would be $60-$80 for a 30lbs bag

Cons

Paid salary and work WAY more than you’re paid for Company has zero communication skills and will tell you one thing and screw you the next day

ESOP is overrated

Pros

Get to know people not in management, and you’ll meet some really cool dedicated people.

Cons

Don’t let the company fool you about the ESOP program. It COULD be a great thing, but they don’t promote it and they just dangle it over your head as some kind of favor. They find excuses to not invest in their employees, but waste money in just about every department.

Pros

Job is structured for overnight load out to allow for second job options and great for college students. Willingness to train for new to the working world young adults. Reasonable expectations for individual daily workload. Company policy clearly stated at time of hire with respect to attendance, wages, safety.

Cons

Company does not hire on full time employees unless for management positions. High turnover in staff. Hours are part time flex, meaning no less than 30, not 40. No benefits for flex staff, holidays are covered by working in advance. Little to no advancement from date of hire in a career setting.
