      Have not seen any pros to working here

      Cons

      The are always short staff - seems like there more agency than regular staff. ADON/DON are disrespectful to the staff - favoritism is real there.

      Working w/Veterans and practicing my profession through all aspects of their LTC residence -- to keep them safe, focused and happy in what they already are aware is most likely their final assignment of their lives.

      Cons

      I don't get to practice all aspects of Nursing as I would like to.
