Pros
Southern Charm is full of great women who empower others to do the best they can in the local wedding industry. We are always being handed new opportunites to push ourselves by the owner, becasue she knows that we are capable of so much more than we even know.
Cons
The pay is not as great as if you did the planning and coordination on your own, but then again you would not have all of the connections or help if you were on your own.
