      Great company to work for if you are established. Small Brokerage that allow you the freedom to operate your business the way you see fit. Great for experienced agents.

      Small company so more hands on interaction, freedom and family feeling atmosphere.

      Some sellers dont realize as a small company we have more freedom to think outside the box and we can do as good or even better job for them because of this
