Pros

Weekly paycheck and that sums it all up.

Cons

They like to play the "customer is always right" game. They will send you into hazardous conditions without batting an eye. The equipment is faulty at best. You make more money working across the river in Missouri at any fast food joint. Insurance is expensive and coverage sucks. No 401k match. After six months, you've made it as high as you will go. No raises after six months. PTO accrual is slow. Upper management is a good ol boys network more concerned about protecting each other rather than doing the right thing. Training is horrible. Communication is worse.
