The only good thing they did was give me a chance. After that it was a nightmare just to deal with them.
Cons
They are verbally abusive. They hired me knowing that I had no experience and were willing to train me in the field. But from day 1 all they did was yell and belittle me. They never took the time to show me anything but criticize. They even demeaned me in front of several other contractors at a job site for no reason; just because I did not know what they were asking for and asked for a little clarification about what they asked for.
