Management doesn’t listen to staff

Where to begin. The culture here has collapsed over the past couple of years and leadership either doesn’t see it or doesn’t care. Trust is completely absent. Employees are monitored obsessively, flexibility has been stripped away, and the message from the top is clear: you are not valued, you are not trusted, and you are replaceable. Management behaviour goes unchecked. There is a toxic dynamic at play where certain individuals are consistently belittled while others face no accountability whatsoever. Inappropriate comments are normalised. Raising concerns internally is pointless as confidentiality cannot be trusted and the fear of making your situation worse by speaking up is entirely justified. Pay is below market, leave is minimal, and career growth is essentially a myth. The company will tell you that you’ve hit your ceiling, then panic and throw money at you the moment you hand in your notice. That tells you everything you need to know about how much they value you day-to-day. Concerns were raised formally with senior leadership by multiple individuals. Months passed. Nothing changed. That is not an organisation that takes its people seriously.
