Pros
Can learn a lot of knowledge and skills if you think from positive perspective.
Cons
ALWAYS last minute request where you require to work in a very very tight time frame or else management will "kantoi" you. Very messy management where if you asked for company future they will replied "Why you need to know when it's unrelated to you". All high and mighty management where they think no one can touch them. "Be grateful when you get to have increment" - by someone from Human Resource

Pros
Overall, good environment to study and learn stuff as most jobs need to handle by one person. If you’re willing to learn while do not care about environment hygiene then this is the best company for you.
Cons
Stingy increment, if you did not appeal for increment they might even not giving you increment. Quite serious cronyism as the your hard-work result can’t even win compared with people that favors by management.
