      Good salary for being an admin slave Flexible working hours

      Cons

      No company benefits - 40hrs a week with 30min lunch break, 20 days holidays, minimum pension contribution No talking allowed when owners are in (including work discussions) No progression (even though they tell you in the interview there is) Continuously blamed for things going wrong when you are not the one controlling it! Employees blamed for owners not paying suppliers Owners constantly swearing at you and being aggressive
