      Questionable Ethics

      Pros

      The owner and his partners were willing to invest in the company.

      Cons

      One of the clients was extremely shady, if an employee quit without notice, they deducted the cost of the very expensive background check and brought the employee to minimum wage. While this IS legal, it is not a great business practice. The owner was so caught up in making money he would do nearly anything to make that happen.

      -Friendly work environment: lots of team building activities -Centralized location: lots of restaurants/stores around -Career advancement opportunities -Bonuses available for recruiters from time to time: goals set in place with incentives -Full benefits & holidays off

      Cons

      -Exact location is a little confusing to find (main door faces the street)

      Pros

      Staffing Agency is very friendly, outgoing, cares for their Employees. The Recruiter I worked with helped me find the right career for me and my family needs. I would definitely recommend using Sovereign Staffing
