Pros
The other employees are great, from the front desk to the therapists, we all got along very well. It's busy, so time passes quickly, there is almost always something to do. Everyone works as a team with few exceptions. It's a lovely place, and people have a good time with very few complaints.
Cons
UPPER MANAGEMENT. No real training, catch on quick and be letter perfect with the "4 Diamond Verbiage" or they'll be on you. Middle management and those who have been there a while try to protect new hires, but unless you are perfection out of the box, you will be criticized, talked down to, berated and made to feel like an idiot until you quit. There is a very high turnover rate for that reason.
