      Some colleagues are good hardworking people though they always leave.

      Pay inequality, the CEO earns more than a million shillings a month where other staff take less than twenty thousand shillings. The directors are completely out of touch with reality and don't care much for the business. The company has a toxic culture brought by the director herself.
