      Fast experience gain but terrible work conditions

      Gain experience fast in many topics

      Cons

      Colleagues: spoiled bros. Salary: not enough for all the abuse you get from management. Work-life balance: non-existent, you are forced to get extra hours for which you don't get paid aka they enslave you, which is illegal, even in Belgium

      Pros

      - Good benefits such as transportation cost covered and parcial payment of gym membership. - Interesting projects - Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry.

      Cons

      - Culture of burnout and high turnover rates not only normalised but embraced by Management. - Management has no issues yelling (yes, actually yelling) at employees in front of others over mistakes. - Lack of diversity in all sense in Management. The diversity of nantionality, culture, gender, etc stops at the consultant/senior consultant level.
