      Micromanaging Culture

      Benefits and 401k match were decent

      Cons

      The CEO is awful and it just flows down to the entire company unfortunately. He lives in 1950 and thrives on a micromanagement atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the C-Suite has all been with the company since its inception (mainly since they all graduated from college) so everyone just falls in line because they don't know any better.

      - a constant array of new projects to work on - the managers and executive team know how to win govt contracts - friendly coworkers and interesting engineering work

      Cons

      - they asked everyone at the company to come here to Glassdoor to pad the reviews with positive ones since they were mostly negative before - i hope you like meticulous time tracking policies and poorly managed projects on tight timeframes - 100% in office without much willingness to adapt to modern work policies - projects are mostly powerpoint engineering work and no clear vision for the company besides work on whatever projects they manage to win small contracts for

      Pros

      Its a small company with a wonderful work environment. Everyone is very friendly and the work is enjoyable to be apart of.

      Cons

      Considering it is a smaller company and they are looking for a wide-variety of skills for each position, the job duties can vary and the expectations can grow overtime. You can't fully specialize and the skills needed for each position can be very high.
