The work environment is toxic from the top down. Leadership lacks transparency, accountability, and integrity. Personal relationships within management influence decisions and create unfair treatment across the team. Manipulative behaviour, poor communication, and favouritism are common. Genuine feedback is ignored, and employees are often undermined or pitted against each other. Morale is consistently low, and turnover is high for good reason. Senior management is engaged in inappropriate relationships with middle management and risk company brand by putting this on display.
