The school and the wider trust has a huge staff turnover and it's clear to see why once you're there. It might be different in certain roles but what I experienced is a drive for 'staff welfare' and 'work life balance' which is nothing but lip service. Huge workloads and invwtaigations when mistakes are made despite being stretched to your mental limit with the expectations. Staff motivation low and staff feeling isolated and under pressure. Hypocritical practices when everything is expected to be standardised across all schools to be the same despite different cohorts. Yet challenged when things are done differently for the betterment of students. Glad to leave the place behind.
