Pros
Some of the pro's include the schedule everyone is on a odd schedule that requires 38 hours one week and 40 the next. The people of this facility are nice for the most part, the owners are not that nice with the exception of Garrett he was the nicest out of the three.
Cons
Techs do not test drive their vehicles and they had a decent amount of comebacks making it harder to accommodate other customers. The service manager/owner needs an attitude adjustment and also needs to hire someone to actually manage and not let the techs run freely.
