      Pros

      Hands on experience with small startups Project based learning Group learning activities Exposure gives a stepping ground to more inclusive organisations Dedicated colleagues Access to machines for work Library Approachable team

      Cons

      Below industry pay (full time hires are payed intern based salary / exploitation) Arrogant CEO. Makes no effort to learn about diversity and inclusivity or listen to anyones opinion. No internal complaint committee setup when I was there, which is illegal for the size of employees / number of women employees that work there. No benefits than few limited leaves. No insurance , EPF etc No seniors with relevant experience in design team to guide juniors. Team mostly of freshers / interns

      1. Learning is paramount in Sparklin. Everyone makes sure each other is learning. Weekly learnings, meet ups, monthly presentations are a few of things which inculcates the habit of learning. 2. Team is like a family. They understand your personal matters and give them utmost importance. 3. Exposure to interact with clients and lead projects. Sparklin shows and trusts you with confidence and guides you along the way.
