During a financial hardship, all employees were reduced to part-time hours with little notice and paychecks were regularly delayed, so would be concerned on how they approach financial problems in the future. Considered various projects to achieve funding so there wasn’t a clear business path. My input didn’t feel valued, and I was not given enough opportunities to actively contribute to projects making it difficult to feel included or develop career growth.
