It's all hype

Pros

If you are in your 20s and live in the centre of Brighton with your mom and have lots of time to waste, this job might be for you.

Cons

They waste your time by not being honest from the beginning. You have to come to their office every morning for a bunch of childish hype cheering and shaming and go to the event and beg people to sign up and by the time you get home, it will be 8 pm. You might have just sold one!

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you didn't feel like you had a good experience with us and we value your feedback. I can assure you we are always honest from the start, the reason we like you to come to the office is for the training in the morning. We do not promote begging, we are looking for the right customer for our clients. Thank you for your time with us, all the best in the future.

Pros

Friendly co workers, sometimes they feed you after under paying you.

Cons

Endless meetings. If you're self employed you should be booking your own sites and working your own hours. There are several charity fundraisers who will pay 3-5 times the commission and won't waste 60+ hours of your week. I have known several people leave this company and join others and make the amount of money an "owner" is said to make whilst working a sensible work week without having to listen to management all day.

Pros

Friendly people, especially the receptionists Work outdoors and walking koslts of exercise

Cons

We were told to write great reviews on glass door for them when we worked there Commission only so can work 8hrs+ a day and make no money. Pressure to work when your sick because you only get paid for sales so better to be working than not working. Pyramid scheme People you thought were friends snub you completely when you leave. I was good at sales but I had weeks where I couldn't afford to pay rent or eat. They sell you in the job make you have lots of dreams and goals. I trained another person team members but they made the money off them. The team members they gave me was nowhere near as hardworking as the others or just didn't show. They don't seem to care about the people or the causes is all about the money.
