Interesting product, but non professional tech. team and persistent problems with development process

- company tries to develop very interesting product - good salary - interesting tech. stack
Cons
- chaos with planning - conflicts with mixing different development processes together - development process changed all time because of they try to find something what works - low professional level of top tech. guys which leads to strange tech. decisions - bottleneck with making tech. decisions with just 2 top tech guys - non result oriented (process oriented)
