      Salaries kept on hold for months together!!!!

      Fellow employees are helpful with work.

      Cons

      1. The "CEO" has no apparent qualities, both in terms of team management and productivity, to manage the company. She is consistently concerned about her own well-being and has absolutely zero regard for her former associates/employees. Most importantly, salaries are delayed by months together and there is no designated individual in human resources who can be held accountable.

      Pros

      A fantastic place to learn and grow in your career. Great people and a wonderful team. Hard work is always appreciated. The founder of the startup is a great mentor and a huge support. You also get exposed to the best of the best in the industry and make everlasting connections with them.

      Cons

      Being a start-up, you take up a lot of responsibilities. Not a con if you really want to make it big in life. You work hard, but you party harder.
