Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad you found our pay competitive during your time at Spec on the Job. We understand your concern about the smoking area. It sounds like you were placed with one of our clients who has a strict no-smoking policy. As a staffing company, we must adhere to the policies set by our clients. However, we do have other clients who do not have such restrictions. If you’re interested, we would happily help you find a new assignment that better suits your preferences. We constantly have new opportunities available and are committed to finding the best fit for each of our employees. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

Pros

Constant work when continually needed if asked for.

Cons

Would be nice to receive to wear apparel which would shine good lite upon the services offered and provided however I'm not aware of that which may or may not be available. To wear such apparel would give credence upon 2 fronts. The first would be a good stand point for advertising the LOGO and the 2nd benefit would be applying the apparel towards being apart the PPE guidelines which in all sense would recoupable tax seasons. I am just saying. Such would give the wearer a sense of belonging and appreciate. Some times it's the small things that would cause most to feel appreciated. It not always about the finances especially when you have learned to be without & do without.
