It sounds like you were placed with one of our clients who has a strict no-smoking policy. As a staffing company, we must adhere to the policies set by our clients. However, we do have other clients who do not have such restrictions. If you’re interested, we would happily help you find a new assignment that better suits your preferences.       Pros

      Every company has it flaws. However, all the bashing doesn't make sense. Yes, we were all asked to come on here and fill out a review. So what!!!! We are trying to weed out all the lies that some of these ex-employees are saying. Maybe the fault lies in the employee. Maybe they were not strong enough to handle a company that is growing and changing so quickly but that does not make SPEC a bad company! Also, regarding the young ladies comment about her pay. We all turn in a time sheet and we are not paid by SPEC. Again, the blame is not SPEC's. Surprise Bonuses? You have to earn them! We will be receiving one at the end of the month! It is really sad people do not accept and hold themselves accountable for their own actions anymore! BTW I was not asked to write this review!
