      Pros

      Lots of Liquor on the job, It does help if you are a alcoholic. Easy job !!

      Cons

      Very poor Management . And they go out of their way to cheat you out of your Bonuses. And way to much Drama in the different offices.

      Good but not great!

      Pros

      Spec is a small company that is slowly growing. It's good they are making some progress but I don't see them going far. They are pretty flexible. Nice break room, drinking allowed at work, dress code policy is awesome.

      Cons

      Very high turn over rate, lack of training, misleading, low pay, unprofessional, doesn't recognize those who truly deserve credit for what they do. Certain branches are hard to deal with and are plain lazy. You've also got people from branches that think they are always right and act like they own the company. They will literally argue with you. Also, the only holidays you get are the major holidays. Other than that, don't expect time off. CEO seems clueless half the time and only socializes with certain people.

      Don't understand all the negative reviews

      Pros

      Every company has it flaws. However, all the bashing doesn't make sense. Yes, we were all asked to come on here and fill out a review. So what!!!! We are trying to weed out all the lies that some of these ex-employees are saying. Maybe the fault lies in the employee. Maybe they were not strong enough to handle a company that is growing and changing so quickly but that does not make SPEC a bad company! Also, regarding the young ladies comment about her pay. We all turn in a time sheet and we are not paid by SPEC. Again, the blame is not SPEC's. Surprise Bonuses? You have to earn them! We will be receiving one at the end of the month! It is really sad people do not accept and hold themselves accountable for their own actions anymore! BTW I was not asked to write this review!
