Big Company, Nice Restaurants, Nice views, long standing company

Cons

Management is terrible, Big Egos, Major Boss/God Complex, no corporate oversite. literally can't count how many GMs and Regionals we have had. Just keep firing and hiring. This restaurant is a mess. Everyone is being blamed except the managers. And they are the problem.

good pay, my director and general manager were both great and supportive

Cons

clients are awful, most stressful job I've ever had, extreme sales pressure, corporate has unrealistic expectations sometimes when it comes to the actual restaurant locations, they push discounting all spaces and events -then laid off people not making sales goals. Zero commission. First year I made Millionaire's Club and didn't get any commission. They did give us a 2 day cruise but it feels like pennies compared to what I made them, and how I helped my director hold down the department while half the team was gone.

Pays okay, has a lifestyle benefit after 6 months, free lunch at work You get some percent upsells, not much but it’s something

Cons

-Corporate takes forever to approve things and to make change -The clients are the worst part of the job - 70% people who are jerks -you don’t make commission on sales
