Patient's are the best. Opportunity to travel for training. Ability to move up in company. Raises on a regular basis, based on performance. Opportunity for bonuses, depending on position.
Cons
Long Work hours, very bad training, ownership is unfocused and makes it difficult for you to do your job properly. Ownerships are all on different pages when it comes to care and office operations, makes for a confusing and difficult work day.
