Pros
- Work on interesting projects usually more than one during a month. - Develop products from scratch and make real impact on the project even junior developers gets a say and can make a difference, talented joiner developers can lead projects and fly with responsibilities and tech challenges. - Work on variety of technologies and project from different industries. - When starting there's a one month training program which the company pretty much assigning one of it's best engineers to mentor and teach you all you need to know. - Get to work and learn from a lot of great people , both professionally and socially. - Great management, the managers are really opened for chats and care about how people feel
Cons
- The day to day is intense you have to work hard on a daily basis, which does not fit for everyone. - Salary and benefits are lower than the industry standard, even when the performance are good and more than one year passed in the company it's hard to get a raise.
