Cons

- Too US centric. Decisions all made for the US market. - No support to regional subsidiaries. - No IT strategy. All regions left on its own device to navigate systems. At the same time no flexibility granted to regions to seek local expert support. - Multiple HR standards on employees. No real actions when issues are raised. - No leadership across the board. - No career progression outside of US

Great work. Great opportunities to try out new skills. Lovely team members. Directors who actually care A beautiful old building as an office. Great benefits Amazing work/life balance

Cons

Lack of organisation which leads to feeling overwhelmed. Inconsistent confusing systems. No proper welcome or training. No preparation for new team members - IT especially. A lack of team spirit. A lack of diversity within the senior leadership team. A lack of welcoming change and development. The beautiful old building's interior could do with a facelift or two.
