My coworkers Staff appreciation events (I won 500 bucks one year!) Benefits (healthcare especially) Clients Events that we can bring clients too

Cons

Sometimes staff replacing me does not arrive on time making me have to stay past my shift until they relieve me.

Nice work environment, pleasant settings, pleasant HR department, nice coworkers, plenty of opportunities for advancement, decent pay once you are promoted to a management position. Best feature is organization was started by parents to ensure their adult children with developmental disabilities always had a home. Client centered environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a level of favoritism among senior level staff, some of whom display poor work ethics yet whom are rewarded by promotions. Staff morale tends to be low. Pay is low, too many management level staff.
