      Pros

      Talented designer and developer. Wonderful co-workers.

      Cons

      Management is sub-par to say the least. There are no organizational systems in place. Tasks, job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities are unclear and can change from day to day depending on management's mood. Several missed paychecks and reduced wages. Business decisions bordered on unethical. Toxic work environment from management. I rated one star because zero wasn't an option.

      Great atmosphere to work in, awesome dialogue between employees, freedom to explore new tasks and take on new projects. Spectruss is a company that always provides new opportunities to develop your own skillset even further. LOVE working at Spectruss. Management is always there to help you grow in your profession

      When employees are left to their own devices, work can be well managed.

      Cons

      When management attempts to be involved, they stifle efficiency and the entire process becomes amateur. For the work required, there are just better options out there.
