Pros

The therapist were great and so many children were lovely. Management was nice about PTO. The other schedulers were really great and helping and tough moments.

Cons

Job was OK in the beginning but became really stressful overtime time. Management was very passive aggressive if you are lacking in any areas. Job does not pay enough for the amount of stress. This company is extremely heavily understaffed. They constantly fire people because they are impulsive and just unrightfully , get rid of you for no reason. Also, the whole company is just so fake to one another. It was such an It was such a toxic work environment and the HR Manager did nothing . Overall, worst job I’ve ever had. I do not recommend working here.
