Pros
As a language lover, I enjoyed the experience; it was the first time doing transcriptions and I realized I loved the challenge It made me go through by detailing small pieces of words that aren't that easily heard. It developed the listening skills and the interpretation skills too, improving the fluency of the job as your staying in the company progresses.
Cons
Late payment and high pressure on the delivery of the transcriptions.
