some really good employees to work with, Too bad the owners ain’t!
Cons
Family owned business, too much family politics. Too many family members involve, only care about making money for themselves. Very unorganised. Long hours. No pay increase. No bonus. No reward. Hard to get a pay rise, you have to beg for it even if it’s $1 increase! Owners don’t care about their employees, no appreciation! Will cut corners to make a buck or dock your pay to save a buck!
