Pros

Steady paycheck. Free basic lunch once a week, which was a nice touch.

Cons

Meetings were often dominated by one or two voices, with limited room for others to speak. Bringing up new ideas or technical best practices wasn't always welcomed — could feel like input was dismissed rather than discussed. Concerns raised by staff weren't always followed up on or acted on. Overall, it wasn't a culture where speaking up felt safe, and that affected morale across the team.

Pros

Nothing good to say about this place.

Cons

The employees here are souless, nearly everyone eats their lunch and there desks. I applied because the culture was meant to be thriving here but when they said a good culture they just meant free lunches a couple of times a week and free snacks. People here were incredibly stand offish and if you have a bubbly personality in any way your looked down as distracting and lacking discipline. I wouldn't recommend it as a good work environment to my worst enemy!
