      The clients The counselors The families Seeing success stories, or moments of clarity, and know that you had something to do with that.

      Cons

      Poor upper management A system that doesn't work, and enables poor behaviors due to greed. Unethical Fraudulent Unhealthy environment that is not conducive to the recovery process. ZERO unity Upper management does not respect or respond to their staff, and does not support them Greed

      Pros

      The Dr. Paul's by the Sea, aka Spencer Recovery I work at is in St. Augustine, which is very convenient. Beautiful facility with free lunches to staff, exc. food, fairly good EHR system. Many staff members are graduates of program which is appreciated by all.

      Cons

      Clinical staff, (therapists and medical), report to an unlicensed office staff member. From top down, management is critical and mean, hypervigilant, without credentials.

      Pros

      Good experience for someone starting out and needing basic income. You learn what not to do. An okay stepping stone in the industry.

      Cons

      Shady, insurance fraud, out of touch management who ask unethical tasks of all employees. Client care is not considered. You have trouble sleeping knowing that the client has been defrauded. No support from supervisors. Owner is psychotic and off of his meds and meddles with the hard work of employees that actually want to do a good job. Management posts fake reviews on this site, yelp, and others and will request that you do so as part of your job. You are also required to forge documents.
