Lack of leadership Ability Lack of leadership vision, Management team does not have a vision and set track for growth. Relying business from a few client for past 05 years. No internal performance track, career path for employees. Too much un productive meetings, which caused delays in productivity. Management team doesn't belong to services industry so they are lacking in processive approach towards the business growth. The company has hired employees without proper evaluation, and even the HR department is not a good fit for its functional responsibilities
