      The office is aesthetic, seniors try to help out juniors when they can

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, high attrition rate, partners keep pitting associates against one another and trying to stoke competitiveness amongst them, fake deadlines and artificial emergencies, lack of clients is blamed on the associates and not on the partners - people who are actually responsible for bringing in business.
