Pros

- Work/life balance - Universal Leave policy (5-6 weeks recommended) - All federal holidays - Interesting work - Friendly, hard-working, intelligent, helpful coworkers - Leadership that cares about their people

Cons

It's a small company, so there aren't lots of opportunities for changing job titles, but there are lots of opportunities to learn and work on interesting projects.

Pros

I love working at Spider Strategies! The fully remote 4-day, 32-hour work week gives me a great work-life balance. I feel truly valued here; the company recognizes that people are its most important resource. My colleagues are helpful and friendly, creating a supportive environment I enjoy being part of. The work is challenging and interesting, keeping me engaged and growing professionally. I appreciate how we minimize standing meetings, allowing me to focus on meaningful work rather than busy work.

Cons

If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it's that sometimes I miss out on impromptu water cooler chats that happen in physical offices.

Pros

*Innovative Culture:* Spider Strategies fosters a culture of innovation and creativity. As a software developer here, I've had numerous opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology. *Supportive Team:* The team dynamics are fantastic. Collaboration is encouraged, and there's a real sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The owners are approachable and supportive, creating a good environment for personal and professional growth. *Work-Life Balance:* The company truly respects work-life balance. Flexible working hours and remote work have greatly contributed to a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. *Learning Opportunities:* Continuous learning is a key aspect of the company culture. Regular training sessions, workshops, and access to the latest tools and technologies have significantly enhanced my skills and knowledge base. *Empowering Leadership:* Leadership at Spider Strategies is invested in the growth of their employees. Their open-door policy values everyone's feedback.

Cons

The development team is fairly small, so there's no opportunities to spin off and lead teams of your own. There's a lot of autonomy with individual projects, but fewer than 15 developers and testers.
