No Pros. If they offer you a job for the Dubai location, ask for a work permit.
Cons
So many Cons. They will hire you after completing 3 interviews and will ask you to relocate to Dubai. They don't offer any work permits and ask employees to work on a visit visa which is not legal. The work is different from the actual jobs, they are mainly focused to dump and collect data from websites. Hiring and firing is a joke for them, after 3 months they will terminate the contract if you won't be able to do their stupid work. No job security. They are struggling with the business and hiring only for a junior position so that they can play with their career. (you can check their LinkedIn.) They mainly do bug bounty kind of work and that experience won't help you to get a job new in future.
