Pros
No supervision so you just kinda do what you want all day.
Cons
Everything. It's all about how you can line the pockets of the owner rather than paying a fair living wage. The structure is a mess, they call it 'wearing many hats' but that just another way of saying pay you far less than you deserve so you don't have to hire someone at a much higher pay rate to do the same work.
