the job is fun and the clients are amazing

Cons

the worst qualities that a manager and company leadership could possibly have. they are secretive, passive aggressive, unhelpful, unresponsive, or rude when they do respond and enforce new rules that were never shared. totally hypocritical. they bend the truth and never admit when they are wrong or have made a mistake. it's all about the bottom line for them and never about the employees or clients. telling us what is going on would be a great start or at the very least keeping us informed when there is a COVID case at the studio for example. that's a pretty basic. but no. they cant even do that. terrible employers.

Make promises they don’t intend on following through with, low pay, preach positivity but breed negativity, don’t value their employees, prioritize ambassadors over paid riders
