      Pros

      You can make good friends to talk about your bad day and overwork experience.

      Cons

      Workplace politics is deep rooted in company. Stepping on others' heads is intrinsically promoted. Feedback is asked for but never acted on. You have no psychological safety in the company. Just because they appear good to the public doesn't mean that things are clean inside. Most management believes they have bought you for the money they are paying.

      timely payment, good opportunity, young people to work with

      Cons

      heavy pressure, no personal life, forget about 9hours workings, i work around 14-15 hours minimum still they want more, no proper management senior level.

      Spinny is rapidly growing. Some of the team members are really good and helpful. Friday events are fun. Kudos to the HR department.

      Cons

      - Favouritism is a huge con in this company. Opportunities are provided to people who are manager's "favourites" - Lack of senior developers in the team. - Redundant work - The management of the projects is not good. - Bad appraisals
