Pros

The only pro is that the company is so unprofessional, they don’t actually care what you’re doing — so you can slack off without anyone noticing. The overall vibe feels more like your first year of college than an actual functioning company.

Cons

1. Management is beyond awful. 2. Don’t even try to climb the ladder unless you’re one of the CEO’s favorites. 3. Greedy executives — all they care about is squeezing more profit. The company will do everything — and I mean everything — to extract more money from players, even if it means crossing ethical lines or touching the edge of legality. 4. The company, like the gambling industry itself, is corrupt, greedy, and thrives on exploiting people’s weaknesses. 5. You won’t get what you deserve — this management is cheap-minded and pays well below industry standards. 6. 95% of the people around you are below par. Recruiting standards are abysmal. The good and professional ones leave, and you’re left surrounded by incompetence.

Pros

The office looks nice. Some coworkers are great people, if they haven’t quit yet.

Cons

1. Bad Management: The managers only care about themselves. They ignore feedback, don’t support the team, and only help people who flatter them. 2. Hard Work Doesn’t Matter: You can be the best at your job, but it won’t help you. Only people who play office politics and suck up to the bosses get promoted. 3. Micromanaging: You’re told what to do all the time and not trusted to think for yourself. 4. No Work-Life Balance: Long hours are expected. Leaving before 7 PM is seen as lazy, even if your work is done. 5. Toxic Culture: Gossip, backstabbing, and drama are everywhere. HR won’t help — they’re part of the problem. 6. No Career Growth: There’s no real training, no clear goals, and no path to grow. You’re just stuck.

Pros

Excellent employees, good kitchen... Nice office

Cons

The managers are super control freaks and hold the rope very tight. No work-life balance at all. Do not recommend working here unless you have no other opportunity
