      Pros

      Colleagues are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Excellent staff benefits. Comprehensive training. Flexible working options.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are software latency issues but nothing that cannot be easily resolved. Internal and external IT support are always working hard to improve.

      The best firm I have worked for

      Pros

      It is the best place I have worked so far. The pay, culture, work life balance etc. is all pretty good. Like any place of work there are some that are better or more helpful than others but generally it has a nice feel and good perks such as an EV scheme.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change lately with members leaving/retiring which leaves some uncertainty, and the IT could be better. Also the bonus schemes have not been as good as they first appeared.
