      Pros

      Company culture is really good, great colleagues and good work life balance. Executive Team are engaged for most part with some exceptions. Seem to want to do what's right for the organisation. Lots of interesting work when there was some but not so much anymore since sales process.

      Cons

      Company being sold off bit by bit No opportunity for growth or progression HR completely invisible except when it comes to reorg time!!
