Pros

SNAP cares about the community and the employees that help bring SNAP's Mission to life. SNAP enjoys a great deal of depth from their workforce, as many employees have been at SNAP since it's inception. The commitment to the Spokane community is A+! Our benefit's rock! The best work life balance of any organization around.

Cons

Normal issues but on a much smaller scale than anywhere else that I have ever worked.
