      Pros

      The company is very small and close. We all work to help each other out for the betterment of the company. Truly a work family but without all the drama! Totally remote. No commute. Always learning from each other. I would never stay somewhere I didn't feel was challenging me to be better. Spoke challenges me daily.

      Cons

      The company is small so no corporate ladder to climb if that is your thing.

      Pros

      The company is on the small side but everyone is close. Everyone helps each other out and there is no drama. Progression and what's best for the company is always top of mind. I'm learning something new every day.

      Cons

      Cannot think of anything that warrants a "Con". It was a great move in my career.
