Competent management, great compensation with regular success sharing bonuses, flexible location/hours, dog friendly, bright clean work environment with access to outdoor balcony, respectful, fun, inclusive, progressive, and major philanthropic mindset in both vision and action.
Cons
Agility. From concept to completion can sometimes be measured in minutes so be prepared for lots of positive change. There is no stagnation here.

Kind and compassionate. They really try to put the customers and the staff first.
Cons
Team is dispersed throughout Alberta working remotely so the office gets a bit quiet sometimes.
