Pros

1. The work environment varies positively with the specific cluster and project assignment. 2. Management is proactive and responsive to employee needs and inquiries. 3. Competitive salary offerings for entry-level positions. 4. Consistent and predictable progression in both salary and role over time.

Cons

1. Performance exceeding expectations is inadequately compensated, with only minor salary increases during annual reviews, falling short of recognizing significant contributions. 2. Some projects suffer from a scarcity of resources, impacting the solo individuals working on all the tasks. 3. A tendency towards micromanagement by seniors or managers, often adhering to outdated methodologies, which contrasts with the innovative mindset of the predominantly younger workforce. 4. The environment is suited for average developers but may not adequately challenge or reward highly knowledgeable or exceptionally skilled individuals. 5. There is noticeable favoritism towards certain clusters, specifically within SP, leading to uneven opportunities and recognition across the company.

Nice company overall

Pros

Been working there for more than a year and I can definitely say that it was a nice experience fo far. You basically reap what you sow. In short, you get what you deserve. If you work hard, you are eventually rewarded. Even team with successful projects get to go on special team events like spas and hotels which is really cool.

Cons

Being an open office where managers and directors mingle with other employees a lot, you would think that everyone is treated equally, but it might be always the case. The ones who are closer to or developped friendship with the people up the ladder are often given more 'power' in a certain way. For instanc,e coming late to the office is disregarded for these people whereas other 'regular' employees are reminded of the time they should normally reach work. That would be the major con for me.
